We carefully recruit people with the right mindset. Each teacher undergoes a rigorous training program that educates them on the leadership of self, managing child behaviour, teaching children with different learning styles and assessing a child's growth. This commitment is unmatched.

Our mentors are trained facilitators in the classroom or in franchise operations, always ready to assist and direct. Their purpose is to stimulate the child's enthusiasm for learning and to guide it and to grow the franchise with the best possible opportunities, without interfering with the child's natural desire to learn and become independent. Each mentor undergoes an intensive training module that equips a mentor with the necessary tools to make the learning environment rich and unique.
